Coming Soon! Please Participate in the Kentucky Nurse Leader Health and Wellness Survey

The mission of the Kentucky Organization of Nurse Leaders (KONL) is to develop, support, and advocate for nurse leaders as they enhance the delivery of health care. Because the health and wellbeing of nurse leaders is paramount to their overall effectiveness and satisfaction, KONL developed a strategic tactic to evaluate Kentucky nurse leader health and wellbeing. 

Permission was obtained from the American Organization for Nursing Leadership to utilize questions from the American Organization for Nursing Leadership’s 2025 Nursing Leadership Insight Study (American Organization for Nursing Leadership, 2025) for a KONL evaluation survey. Volunteers from the KONL Legislative Affairs Committee worked together to accomplish the survey which will be launched on September 15th. 

Preliminary Kentucky results will be compared with the AONL 2025 national insight study results and discussed with those attending the KONL 2025 Fall Conference. Actionable findings will inform future KONL nurse leader advocacy strategies.
