Join us for the 2025 Kentucky Organization of Nurse Leaders (KONL) Conference, "Nothing About Us, Without Us", on October 23rd and 24th at the University of Louisville Health - Rudd Heart & Lung Center.  This two-day event  brings together nurse leaders, educators, and advocates to explore authentic leadership, storytelling in nursing, advocacy, wellness, and strategies for sustaining nurse leader engagement.  With expert speakers, interactive sessions, poster presentations, vendor exhibits, and networking opportunities, this conference is designed to empower nurse leaders to shape the future of healthcare while supporting their own wellbeing.

Join us for “Nothing About Us, Without Us,” a dynamic nursing leadership conference focused on empowering nurse leaders to lead with authenticity and influence the future of healthcare. Through expert led sessions on authentic leadership, advocacy in healthcare policy, updates from national-level colleagues, moral distress amongst nurse leaders and workplace safety, this conference will equip nursing professionals with the tools and insights to drive meaningful change. Our KONL Board will be meeting prior to the conference! We are looking for a sponsor that would be willing to collaborate with our team to sponsor our board luncheon. We would collaborate with this sponsor to determine if sponsor money will go through UofL Catering.

Be our exclusive vendor on the second day of our conference! We will have breakfast set up that morning as our conference attendees arrive. Have the pleasure of being recognized as our breakfast sponsor while meeting our guests and being recognized as a special sponsor on our agenda!

Sponsor - Awards Luncheon

Like our breakfast sponsor, our lunch sponsor will be recognized during our Awards Luncheon. We will include the sponsor’s name on our agenda and play a 2-3 minute highlight video to kick off our Awards Luncheon! We invite our lunch sponsor to be set up in our vendor area as an exclusive sponsor during our hour awards lunch!

Sponsor - Social Event

Our most prestigious sponsor is for our Social Event. Our social event will be held in the evening of October 23rd at an off-site location. A more private setting for our evening dinner will be held for conference attendees. We invite our Social Event sponsor to create a 15-minute presentation where they discuss the opportunities their organization can provide our KONL leaders! Details on venue and location will be given to Social Event sponsor.
