The Kentucky Organization of Nurse Leaders (KONL) is a non-profit organization and affiliate of the American Organization for Nursing Leadership that operates for charitable, scientific and educational purposes. 

KONL's mission is to empower, support, and champion nurse leaders to transform healthcare delivery. Our vision is that, as one voice, nurse leaders advocate to advance the health and well-being of the Commonwealth.
